At Caterchem, we specialise in automatically injected cleaning products and chemicals for large scale commercial dishwashers and laundry machines.

Our reputation has grown across the UK because of the superb back up service we offer our clients. All emergency calls are dealt with within 24 hours, 365 days per year.

As part of our after sales care, we offer regular service calls at each unit to train staff and to carry out machine inspections. We make sure the unit is achieving the best results from our products and at an efficient and economical level.

We will also prepare service reports for the unit’s management and take regular swab tests from the ware and inside the machines. Swab tests are carried out at regular intervals to ensure there are no microbes accumulating in your dishwasher or on the ware.

After 48 hours of swab incubation, a comprehensive inspection report is returned to the unit’s management.

Newly introduced, we now offer a sealed system for detergent and rinse aid on dishwashers (5ltr packs) to ensure that your operators never come into contact with the cleaning chemicals.

We score consistently over the large American companies because our representatives are all trained on dishwashers and the electronic controls for dispensing the chemicals.

Our representatives can also rectify any problems you may encounter with our dishwashers without the need to call for a service engineer saving you valuable time and keeping your service costs to a minimum.
